SuccessHD provides a platform, including a mobile application, that enables clients to manage customer records and to receive SMS notifications summarizing customer interactions based on user-defined alerts. These Terms govern your use of the SuccessHD platform, the SuccessHD mobile application, and our SMS program.

2. SMS Program Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from SuccessHD:

• You agree to receive automated notifications related to your account and configured alerts
• Message frequency varies depending on your alert settings
• Message and data rates may apply

You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Obtain proper consent from any recipients you add to the platform
• Use the platform and mobile application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
